The Empress Classic is the first model under the Empress Surfboards brand after an extensive research and development period. After experimentation with a number of rockers, the final design embodies both a great ride, as well as a unique look with stunning stringer layouts. It has been based around the classical lines of the Californian made boards of the mid Sixties. The board is fitted with a 10 inch fin box, and comes with an 11 inch dolphin style fin.

The board has a generous nose concave flowing through to a slightly rolled V in the tail.

The fully chambered Empress Classic weighs around 13 kilograms (28 lb), light for a timber board of its size and dimensions. The board dimensions are as follows: 9'6" x 22½" x 3". The Empress Classic is priced at A$2800.00 plus freight.

Each board is individually numbered, dated and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Currently there are further models undergoing development, including a historical late 1950s/early 1960s 10' Elephant Gun. Details of this board will be online soon.
